I put the Pi and Pi Face into the enclosure and attached the 4 rubber feet. There were the 4 black plastic 'T' shaped parts in the plastic bag along with the 4 rubber feet. What are they for?

A: 
The four plastic ‘T shaped parts’ are actuators to be used with the Pi Face, these actuators activate the tact switches.
