Product Overview

The D5S-6 is a DeoxIT® D-Series D5 Contact Cleaner is rejuvenator unique contact cleaner, conductivity enhancer and lubricant. Dissolves oxidation and corrosion on metal surfaces, fills in microscopic gaps and reseals surface for better contact to enhance flow of electricity. Chemically improves metal-to-metal connections and contacts, improves connector performance/reliability.
  • Flushing action safe on most plastic
  • Concentrate has approximately 20% chemical cleaning action
  • Excellent cleaning/deoxidizing, good protection, no ozone depletion
  • Improves conductivity and reduces intermittent connections
  • Reduces arcing, RFI, wear and abrasion
  • 171.1 to 204°C Boiling point
  • 36PSIG Vapor pressure

De oxit By all means use this formula, It leaves a very clean connection in it's wake. It is also good for cleaning debris of any type on a PCB without leaving an electrically conductive path. I repair both audio and RF equipment and it has never let me down. March 3, 2015
