Product Overview

The LED3-UV-400-30 is a 3mm tight tolerance blue Ultraviolet LED Lamp with water clear lens. The source LED is made with InGaN. This UV LED also has a built-in Zener diode providing protective circuit against electrostatic discharge (ESD).
