I would like to know the size of this BERGQUIST - BG405798 - THERMAL PAD. Including the manufacturer's pdf data sheet of specifications for products is great and absolutely necessary. But, a more detailed general description would be awesome and is also necessary to insure your customers that the product they are purchasing is what they need.

Is it a large thermal pad that one would cut to size needed and would be enough material for 10 or 20 semi-conductors (computer cpu's or gpu's)?

Is it a roll of thermal pads being sold as one item that one would peel and apply the thermal pads as needed to heat-sinks?

Is it just one small thermal pad that has to be purchased as one per semi-conductor application?

I am looking for a small quantity of high performance thermal pads to use in repairing laptop computers and various other electronic equipment to place between the heat-sink and semi-conductors.

With respect to the Newark p/n 18J2199, which is a HF625 material with adhesive one side in a 4"x4" sheet.
