Product Overview


The 201-1-650 is a <1mW Laser Diode Module made of copper body with powder coated brass housing and plastic lens. It features a rugged and compact design that is suitable for industrial or laboratory uses. Heat dissipation is handled by passive radiation through the case and mounting bracket. Integrated electronics protect the diode from reverse wiring and line noise that would otherwise destroy it.
