MGA-725M4-BLK is an economical, easy-to-use GaAs MMIC low noise amplifier (LNA), which is designed for an adaptive CDMA receiver LNA and adaptive CDMA transmit driver amplifier and comes in antistatic bag with 100 number of devices in container. The MGA-725M4 features a typical noise figure of 1.4dB and 14.4dB associated gain from a single stage, feedback FET amplifier. The output is internally matched to 50O. The input is optimally internally matched for lowest noise figure into 50O. The input may be additionally externally matched for low VSWR through the addition of a single series inductor. When set into the bypass mode, both input and output are internally matched to 50O.
  • Operating frequency is 0.1GHz ~ 6.0GHz
  • Noise figure is 1.2dB at 800MHz, 1.4dB at 1900MHz
  • Gain: 17.5dB at 800MHz, 15.7dB at 1900MHz
  • Bypass switch on chip Loss is 1.6dB (Id < 5μA) IIP3 it is +10dBm
  • Adjustable Input IP3: +2 to +14.7dBm
  • Miniature package: 1.4mm x 1.2mm, 2.7V to 5.0V operation
