The HLMP-1790 from Avago is a through hole, tinted diffused low current LED. This LED is designed and optimized specifically for low DC current operation. This LED is low power, CMOS-MOS and TTL compatible. HLMP-1790 LED is widely used in DC circuits, telecommunication indicators and keyboard indicators.

A: 
Suggested part number of constant current driver which can drive this LED is AS1113BSSU from Austriamicrosystems. It is a 50mA, 16 channel constant current LED driver which can drive upto 16 LEDs. Output current is adjustable using an external resistor (REXT).
