Product Overview

The 4N35-000E is a lead free Phototransistor Optocoupler suitable for general purpose photocoupler applications. It contains a light emitting diode optically coupled to a photo-transistor. Response time (tr) is typically 3μs and minimum CTR is 100% at input current of 10mA.
  • High current transfer ratio (CTR - minimum 100% at IF=10mA, VCE=10V)
  • Input-output isolation voltage (Viso=3550Vrms)
  • IEC/EN/DIN EN 606747-5-2 Approved
