A: 
Are you asking about firmware version on SAMICE? If yes, ‘J-LINK Configurator’ in Segger can be used to check the firmware version.
You can get this information from Atmel Studio as well from ‘Tools -> Device Programming ->Tool Information’.
I have attached snap shots for both the cases for your better understanding.
