Product Overview

The Blackfin BF518F EZ-board evaluation-board provides developers with a low-cost platform for initial evaluation of the ADSP-BF512/F, BF514/F, BF516/F, BF518/F Blackfin processors via an external JTAG emulator or standalone debug agent board. The EZ-board also supports uClinux. Note: To debug user must have a Debug Agent board or Emulator. The EZ-board has an expansion interface that allows for modularity with different EZ-Extender boards.

  • Audio CODEC: ADI SSM2602 CODEC 3.3Volts, 12MHz input
  • A/D Converter: AD7266, Differential/Single-Ended Input, Dual 2MSPS, 12bit 3 Channel
  • Power Analysis Interface: Precision resistors to measure VDDINT, VDDEXT, VDDMEM, VDDFLASH
  • Ethernet PHY: National Semiconductor 10/100 Single Port PHY
  • LEDs: 13 LEDs: 1 power (green), 1 board reset (red), 3 general purpose (amber), 8 Ethernet (amber)
  • RTC battery: 3.0Volt Li-ION, CR2430 (270mAh), Connectors: Ethernet, SD, EBIU expansion
