Product Overview

The ADM7150ARDZ-5.0 is a RF Linear Regulator that operates from 4.5 to 16V and provides up to 800mA of output current. Using an advanced proprietary architecture, it provides high power supply rejection (>90dB from 1kHz to 1MHz), ultralow output noise (<1.7nV√Hz) and achieves excellent line and load transient response with a 10µF ceramic output capacitor. It is available in 5.0V fixed output. The ADM7150 regulator typical output noise is 1.0µV rms from 100Hz to 100kHz for fixed output voltage options and the noise spectral density is 1.7nV/√Hz from 10kHz to 1MHz.
