Product Overview

The ADM3202ARNZ is a 2-channel High Speed RS-232 Line Driver/Receiver that operates from a single 3.3V power supply. Low power consumption makes it ideal for battery-powered portable instruments. It operates at data rates of up to 460kbps. Four external 0.1μF charge pump capacitors are used for the voltage doubler/inverter, permitting operation from a single 3.3V supply.
