Product Overview

The 2142 SV005 is a 24-carrier tin oval wire Braided Sleeving made of tinned copper. It provides excellent EMI protection and generous expansion for flexibility during installation. It is ideal for food and beverage, semiconductor applications because it continuously reduces bacterial contamination, achieving 99.9% reduction within two hours of exposure. The braid is an exceptional, low resistance way to create a point-to-point ground strap. In retrofit applications braid is an ideal way to install additional shielding to cable.
