Suggeted part number of soft carry case is N6457A from Agilent. N6457A includes both soft carrying case and cover that protects front panel of 2000 and 3000 X-series oscilloscope while transporting.

According to supplier, bandwidth of all InfiniiVision 3000 X-series oscilloscopes can be upgraded. Four channel InfiniiVision 3000 X-series oscilloscopes bandwidths can be upgraded from 100Mhz to 200Mhz using DSOX3BW24 from Agilent.

According to supplier, any DSOX3 oscilloscope can be upgraded to MSO using DSOX3MSO from Agilent. It enables 16 logic timing channels and MSO features to DSO models. Upgrade contains: license key, 54620-68701 logic cable kit, MSO scope label.
