The DSO6014L provides the fastest way to capture analogue, digital, and serial signals in real time, triggering from any combination of input channels. You can view time-aligned analogue waveforms, logic patterns and serial data streams on a high resolution display- and correlate their interplay with a single instrument. You’ll also be able to catch all of the detail with the fast and responsive always-on MegaZoom lll deep memory that is always on. The DSO6014L provides the performance and problem-solving tools that you need to gain superior insight into the testing and troubleshooting of mixed-signal designs in a single instrument.

DSO oscilloscope can be upgraded to MSO using upgrade kit N2914A from Agilent. This kit can be used to Upgrade DSO6012A, DSO6014A, DSO6032A or DSO6034A to an MSO with 16 logic channels for enhanced triggering and signal viewing.

The I2C and SPI serial decode option can be be added to this oscilloscope using N5423A from Agilent. The N5423A provides the fastest throughput solution for triggering on and analyzing I2C and SPI serial busses found in a wide variety of embedded designs. You can easily isolate serial packets to find sources of errors due hardware or software related problems.

The Agilent N5424A CAN/LIN option allows you to trigger on either standard or extended CAN message IDs, including the message ID of a remote transfer request frame. It supports triggering on a data frame, and allows you to specify message IDs, data and data length for filtering messages of interest. Triggering on active error frames also is supported. In addition, the N5424A supports triggering on specific LIN frame IDs and data, and includes color-coded parity and check sums errors.

Aquisation depth of this oscilloscope can be increased to 8MPTS using N2920A Agilent. Maximize your mixed signal viewing by upgrading your InfiniiVision 500 MHz and 1 GHz 6000L Series MSO or DSO oscilloscope to 8 Mpts of MegaZoom III memory. User self-installable, no tools or calibration required.
