Customer Reviews

ADAFRUIT INDUSTRIES - 501 - USB PORT POWER SUPPLY (AC ADAPTER), 5V, 1A (1000mA) 4.5 5 4 4
No Cord Last Time I ordered on of these, it came with a cord; this one did not. PIA. October 2, 2014
Works as advertised This is a good power supply for the RPi. I bought three of them, one for each of my RPis. The only suggestion I have is that they could include a USB to micro-USB cable with this PS & charge a buck more for it. February 15, 2013
Powers a Raspberry Pi Just Fine Powers Raspberry Pi, Model B v2, 512MB, perfectly. January 11, 2013
works well I was switching between an iphone4 charger and an old blackberry charger that got ~ 4.8v under load. Those two power supplies were okay at best, still saw issues though. This charger is running 5v solid under load no problem. I am using the same USB cable ($5 one off amazon) I was using with the iphone charger. Both of my pi's (one is raspbmc the other raspbian) seem to run faster with this PS as well, could be just my imagination though. Will be purchasing one more for my 2nd rasp. pi. December 6, 2012

Details:
Hi, I ordered this

44W4932
ADAFRUIT INDUSTRIES
501
USB PORT POWER SUPPLY (AC ADAPTER), 5V, 1A (1000mA)

What cord do I now need to buy because this will not work by itself to power the Raspberry Pi.

Thank you.
