Product Overview

The 102000F00000G is a silicone-free Thermal Grease, metal oxide filled silicone-free synthetic specifically formulated to enhance heat transfer without the migration or contamination associated with silicone-based products. The application of silicone-free can reduce dry interface thermal resistance by as much as 75%. The high performance compound will not dry out, harden, melt or run even after long-term exposure to temperatures up to 200°C. Silicone-free is a compound that exhibits essentially no bleed or evaporation in a vacuum atmosphere (10-5 Torr, 24 hours at 100°C). The thermally conductive grease is compounds that eliminate any air from the area between a heat source and heat sink. Aavid thermal greases are extremely stable and thermally high performing.
