Product Overview

The 8820 2IN X 10YD is a white Thermally Conductive Adhesive Transfer Tape made of ceramic filled acrylic polymer with dual liner using silicone-treated polyester. This 8820-series tape is designed to provide a preferential heat-transfer path between heat-generating components and heat sinks or other cooling devices (e.g. fans, heat spreaders or heat pipes). Ideal for thin bonding applications.
